Great leaders find their own paths to success.  They are empowered, inspired, and driven to change, collaborate, and move forward.

Make the transition between the classroom and the working world in Wellesley College’s Contemporary Women’s Leadership Institute–a new, immersive approach to personal leadership and success.

Through our curated classroom education, self-reflective activities, and unique networking opportunities, a select group of undergraduates from around the world will continue on their personal leadership path. Students will come out with a greater understanding of how to be successful in the professional world as a woman.

During this intensive, five-week program that is unique, you will take two college credit earning courses and then apply what you have learned in an experiential week with professionals in fields ranging from tech to politics to business.

All current Wellesley students are eligible for financial aid and will be waived the activities fee for the program.
