Late Health Record Submission Fee

To ensure the safety of our students on campus, One Wellesley Summer will be assessing a $150 fee for any student who submits their health records past the deadline.  Health Record deadlines can be found here.

Financial Aid for Wellesley College Matriculated Students Only

Student Financial Services (SFS) will evaluate financial aid eligibility for Wellesley College students registered for Summer Term and/or the Contemporary Women’s Leadership Program. No formal application is required, but students are expected to comply with any individual requests made by SFS.

For Summer Term, SFS will review financial aid eligibility as students register for courses and will release notices of aid eligibility (or revised eligibility) on a weekly basis beginning the week of March 4, 2019. Final notices will be released the week after registration ends for each term.

For the Contemporary Women’s Leadership Program, SFS will review financial aid eligibility and release notices of aid eligibility by Monday, May 20, 2019.

Please note that financial aid is not available for costs associated with summer housing and meals. Additionally, financial aid eligibility is subject to change if registration changes.

Unfortunately, Wellesley is unable to offer financial aid to visiting students attending Summer Term, the Pre-College Immersive Program, the Pre-College Exploratory Workshops, or the Contemporary Women’s Leadership Program.

Billing and Payment

Wellesley College records billing and payment activity on the student account, which is accessible through the Wellesley Student Account Center (SAC). The SAC is an online website that allows you to retrieve account statements (EBills); view up-to-the-minute account activity; and make and confirm payments. Please visit the Student Financial Services (SFS) website to learn more about the SAC and payment options.

The SAC, administered by our partner Tuition Management Systems (TMS), is an online website that allows you to share access to your account; retrieve account statements (EBills); view up-to-the-minute account activity; and make payments.

EBills are provided within the first week of the month. Students who register after a monthly statement has been prepared can view their charges in their SAC via MyWellesley. An EBill will be prepared for them during the following month and will include any charge or payment assessed prior to preparation.
