Program Fee: $8,500* (includes tuition, room, board, and activities)
Application Fee: $100
Lab Fee: Some courses require additional Lab Fees. If applicable, the fee will be noted in the course description.
*Total Program Cost does not include application fee, travel to/from Wellesley, personal spending money, course books and/or materials (which may vary from course to course).
International Deposit Deadline: April 22, 2020

Limited scholarship funds are available for the Pre-College Honors Immersion Program. Scholarship awards are based on academic merit. If you would like to be considered for a scholarship, please fill out the Scholarship Application by March 1, 2020. Note: Scholarship Application will open on January 3, 2020.
Applications with scholarship requests are not considered complete until the application has been submitted along with transcript, letter of recommendation and the application fee paid.
Commuter students and international students are not eligible for a scholarship.
Early Bird Discount: Receive $250 off program cost when applicants commit and pay the $500 deposit by March 9, 2020.
Multiple Program Discount: Receive $100 off Exploratory Workshops costs when adding an Exploratory Workshop to another Wellesley Pre-College Program.
- Participants who register for a program or workshop that is canceled will receive a 100% refund of tuition and related fees. If the student does not enroll in an alternate program or workshop, the application fee will also be refunded.
- Participants who drop from the Honors Immersion Program by 11:59 PM on June 1, 2020 will receive a refund of tuition and related fees minus the non-refundable $500.00 program deposit and $100 application fee.
- Participants who drop from the Honors Immersion Program by 11:59 PM on June 15, 2020, will receive a 50% refund of tuition and related fees minus the non-refundable $100 application fee.
- No refund or partial reimbursement will be made if a student arrives late, leaves early, or is dismissed to a violation of the program guidelines.
Billing and Payment
Wellesley College records billing and payment activity on the participant account, which will be available in the participant's MyWellesley Portal.
Billing assessment communications will be sent through the participant's @wellesley.edu email address. We recommend that students forward their @wellesley.edu email to their personal email.
Student Acknowledgment of Responsibility
As a part of the application process, all students will be required to acknowledge the deadlines, cost of tuition, relevant fees and refund policy prior to submitting their application.
