Student Financial Services (SFS) will evaluate financial aid eligibility for Wellesley College students registered for Summer Term. No formal application is required, but students are expected to comply with any individual requests made by SFS.
For Summer Term, SFS will review financial aid eligibility as students register for courses and will release notices of aid eligibility (or revised eligibility) on a weekly basis beginning May 1, 2020. Final notices will be released the week after registration ends for each term.
Please note that financial aid is not available for costs associated with summer housing and meals. Additionally, financial aid eligibility is subject to change if registration changes.
Students who drop from a course by 11:59 pm on Monday, June 8 will receive a 100% refund of tuition and related fees. A Dropped course does not appear on the transcript. The visiting application fee of $50 is non-refundable.
Students who withdraw from a course after 11:59 pm on Monday, June 8 will not receive a refund of tuition and related fees. A withdrawn course appears on the transcript with a grade ‘WDR’.
Wellesley College records billing and payment activity on the participant account, which will be available in the participant's MyWellesley Portal.
Billing assessment begins April 28, 2020. Communications will be sent through the participant's @wellesley.edu email address. We recommend that students forward their @wellesley.edu email to their personal email.
As a part of the application process, all students will be required to acknowledge the deadlines, cost of tuition, relevant fees and refund policy prior to submitting their application.
