NOVEL CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) INFORMATION

Wellesley Residential Summer Programs have been canceled for Summer 2020. Wellesley will still conduct the entirety of Summer Term 2020 remotely. Instead of two four-week terms, Summer Term 2020 will now consist of a single 6-week term Monday, June 1 - Friday, July 10 (Friday, July 3, is considered a holiday for Independence Day). More information on Summer Term can be found here.

How to Apply | Summer Term

One 6-Week Term: June 1 - July 10, 2020

Registration is closed for Summer 2020. See you next summer!

Application Instructions (For Visiting Students)

All Summer Term Applicants will need to fill out an application and pay the one time application fee before they are able to register for their courses.

For Summer 2020, all high school students must first have permission from the Summer Term office and the course instructor prior to registering for classes. Please email summeradmissions@wellesley.edu.

Admissions is on a rolling basis until all spaces in the program have been filled; therefore, students are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

Once all application materials have been submitted, the Summer Office will review the student's application and render a decision. If deemed necessary, the Director of Summer Programs may conduct a telephone interview with the applicant.

Email is the primary form of communication during the application and enrollment process.  Please ensure both parent and student emails are entered correctly on the application.

Students and parents with questions should contact the Summer Office by emailing summeradmissions@wellesley.edu or calling 781-283-2200.

Enrollment Requirements

When a decision has been made the student and parent/guardian (if applicable) will receive an email with further instructions on how to do the following:

  1. Set up MyWellesley and SchoolDoc (for visiting students living on campus) Accounts
Once students have been admitted, their MyWellesley and SchoolDoc accounts will be activated. Students and parents will be sent emails with detailed descriptions for setting up these accounts. In these accounts students will be able to submit enrollment and health documents, register, pay tuition, and check their @wellesley.edu email. We recommend students forward their @wellesley.edu email to their personal email to ensure nothing gets lost.
  2. Course Registration
After creating their MyWellesley account, students will be able to register for courses. If you have questions, you may contact the Summer Office at summeradmissions@wellesley.edu.
  3. Complete Enrollment Documents
Students will be responsible for completing enrollment documents by June 1, 2020. These items will be made available through the MyWellesley Portal and the SchoolDoc Portal.
  4. Submit Health Record (for visiting students living on campus)
All residential students must adhere to the Massachusetts Health Requirements. Once students have paid the program deposit, they will be added to our SchoolDoc Health portal where they can securely submit documents.  More details about Health documents can be found here.
