Admissions is on a rolling basis until all spaces in the program have been filled; therefore, students are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

Once all application materials have been submitted, the Summer Office will review the student's application and render a decision. If deemed necessary, the Director of Summer Programs may conduct a telephone interview with the applicant.

Email is the primary form of communication during the application and enrollment process.  Please ensure both parent and student emails are entered correctly on the application.

Students and parents with questions should contact the Summer Office by emailing or calling 781-283-2200.

Enrollment Requirements

When a decision has been made the student and parent/guardian (if applicable) will receive an email with further instructions on how to do the following:

  1. Set up MyWellesley and SchoolDoc (for visiting students living on campus) Accounts
Once students have been admitted, their MyWellesley and SchoolDoc accounts will be activated. Students and parents will be sent emails with detailed descriptions for setting up these accounts. In these accounts students will be able to submit enrollment and health documents, register, pay tuition, and check their email. We recommend students forward their email to their personal email to ensure nothing gets lost.
  2. Course Registration
After creating their MyWellesley account, students will be able to register for courses. If you have questions, you may contact the Summer Office at
  3. Complete Enrollment Documents
Students will be responsible for completing enrollment documents by June 1, 2020. These items will be made available through the MyWellesley Portal and the SchoolDoc Portal.
  4. Submit Health Record (for visiting students living on campus)
All residential students must adhere to the Massachusetts Health Requirements. Once students have paid the program deposit, they will be added to our SchoolDoc Health portal where they can securely submit documents.  More details about Health documents can be found here.
