Enrollment Requirements (For Visiting Students Only)

When a decision has been made the student and parent will receive an email with further instructions on how to do the following:

  1. Pay the Program Deposit
Admitted students must pay the $500 program deposit to confirm their space in the program. The final deadline for the program deposit is April 22, 2020 for international students and May 29, 2020 for domestic students.
  2. Set up MyWellesley and SchoolDoc Account
Once students have paid their deposit, their MyWellesley and SchoolDoc accounts will be activated. Students and parents will be sent emails with detailed descriptions for setting up these accounts. In these accounts students will be able to submit enrollment and health documents, pay tuition, and check their email. We recommend students forward their email to their personal email to ensure nothing gets lost.
  3. Complete Enrollment Documents
Students will be responsible for completing enrollment documents by June 1, 2020. These items will be made available through the MyWellesley Portal and the SchoolDoc Portal.
  4. Submit Health Record
All residential students must adhere to the Massachusetts Health Requirements. Once students have paid the program deposit, they will be added to our SchoolDoc Health portal where they can securely submit documents.  More details about Health documents can be found here.
  5. Course Registration
After paying the program deposits and creating their MyWellesley, students will be able to register for courses. If you have questions, you may contact the Summer Office at
