Applying is easy. Simply follow these steps:

1. Fill out the application for your intedend program

2. Pay the application / registration fee when you submit application
(be sure to have your credit card handy!)

3. Submit application requirements (see below)

4. After acceptance pay the program deposit to hold your spot

Pre-College Immersive Program

Application Information

To apply, applicants must complete and submit the following no later than April 12, 2019 for international students; May 10, 2019 for domestic students. Admissions is on a rolling basis until all spaces have been filled therefore students are encouraged to apply as early as possible. Students and parents with questions should contact the Summer Office at 781-283-2200 or summeradmissions@wellesley.edu.

  • Complete the online Pre-College Application Form

  • Submit one letter of recommendation (no specific form), from a current teacher or from your school counselor

  • Submit an academic transcript

  • International applicants must show proof of English language competency through an InitialView Interview

  • Pay a $100 non-refundable application fee for domestic students; $200 non-refundable fee for international students

  • Once all application materials and documents have been submitted, the Summer Office will review the student's application and render a decision.

  • If deemed necessary, the Director of Summer Programs may conduct a telephone interview with the applicant.

  • Students accepted into the program will also be responsible for submitting immigration docments (for international students), consent & authorization forms and immunization records. More information on health requirements can be found here.

  • Accepted students will need to pay a $500 deposit to hold their spot.

  • Payment in full will be due by June 17, 2019.

Pre-College Exploratory Workshop

Application Information

To apply, applicants must complete and submit the following no later than June 14, 2019. Admissions is on a rolling basis until all spaces have been filled therefore students are encouraged to apply as early as possible. Students and parents with questions should contact the Summer Office at 781-283-2200 or summeradmissions@wellesley.edu.

  • Once all application materials and documents have been submitted, the Summer Office will review the student's application and render a decision.

  • If deemed necessary, the Director of Summer Programs may conduct a telephone interview with the applicant.

  • Students accepted into the program will also be responsible for submitting consent & authorization forms and immunization records. More information on health requirements can be found here

  • Register for your course. The course of interest you picked on your application does not equate to registration. Students are not considered registered until after they have gone through the MyWellesley Portal's registration system.Accepted students will need to pay a $500 deposit to hold their spot.

  • Payment in full will be due by July 15, 2019.

Contemporary Women's Leadership

Application Information for Visiting Undergraduates to the Women's Leadership Program

To apply, applicants must complete and submit the following no later than April 12, 2019.  Admissions is on a rolling basis until all spaces have been filled therefore students are encouraged to apply as early as possible. Summer Term

Application and Registration Information

To apply, applicants must complete and submit the online Visiting Student Summer Term Application Form and pay the $50 non-refundable Registration fee per Summer Term (i.e. if registering for Summer Term 1 and Summer Term 2 the registration fee = $100.) This is required before you are eligible to register.

Deadlines--

For Summer Term 1 no later than: 
-March 15, 2019 for international students
-April 19, 2019 for residential domestic students
-May 31, 2019 for commuting domestic students

For Summer Term 2 no later than:
-April 15, 2018 for international students
-May 10, 2019 for residential domestic students
-June 28, 2019 for commuting domestic students

After you complete the application and pay the registraion fee(s) you can do the following:

  • Register for courses. You will receive an email with your Wellesley college ID, username and password for accessing our Student Portal, MyWellesley. You will use MyWellesley to register, add or drop courses after your initial registration and to view your grades at the end of the semester.

  • Students who choose to live on Wellesley's campus will also be responsible for submitting a $200 deposit to hold their spot, immigration docments (for international students), consent & authorization forms and immunization records. More information on health requirements can be found here.

 

Student Acknowledgement of Responsibility

As a part of the registration process, all students will be required to acknowledge the cost of tuition and relevant fees prior to registration for each term, program, or workshop. Students must agree to this statement before they are allowed to register for classes.

“By my registration, I acknowledge that I am responsible for payment of my tuition account and related expenses by the published payment due date. I understand that Student Financial Services will use my Wellesley College email as the primary method of communication. I acknowledge that I must officially drop a course online using Banner Self-Service prior to the published drop date. I acknowledge the summer term academic calendar deadlines and policies including the non-refundable course fees and the tuition refund guidelines. I agree to pay all collection fees including attorney fees and all other charges necessary for collection of this debt.”
